Visit

We had such a wonderful time having my parents come out and visit a few weeks ago. It was the 1st time my dad had traveled in a plane since his aneurysm in November. He is doing so well. I can't believe how far he has come since Christmas. He is a walking miracle, literally! He is walking with a cane about 1/2 mile, slowly picking up Levi to hand him back to me with both hands, and he handled being around my crazy loud boys for 4 days and still had a smile on his face! My mom is still her usual perky self, never sitting down and making me wonder how I manage when she is gone! We had a really nice, mellow visit, picnics at the park, tulip fields at Thanksgiving Point, birthday party, treats from Kneader's, just good times. The boys are still talking about Omie and Opa and can't wait to see them again! Now that my dad is retired we are really looking forward to having them around more often!
